- Unopened and Unused Products: Returns are only accepted for cigars and related products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
- Exclusions: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cigars, gift items, or promotional products unless they are defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Photos of the damaged or defective items (if applicable)

3. Return Shipping

- If you are returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
